Warm farewell to Wim van der Leegte Award
After a year full of pride and significance, Driessen Groep bids farewell to the Wim van der Leegte Award 2025. The award, affectionately called Brainy within the organization, will be passed on to KMWE this year.
A year of significance
In May 2025, Driessen Groep was named the winner of the Wim van der Leegte Award. A recognition we are still enormously proud of. Not just because of the award, but mainly because of what it says about who we are and what we stand for: people-oriented entrepreneurship, job satisfaction and making an impact.
The award is part of the Brainport Enterprise Awards and is awarded annually to organizations that lead the way in innovation, growth, sustainability and social involvement. In the past year, this recognition was not only visible in the office, but especially tangible in everything we do.
Farewell to Brainy
Soon the award got a nickname: Brainy. What began as something playful grew into a recognizable symbol of pride, connection and meaningful work.
This past year, Brainy has stimulated us to do great things together that matter. For each other, for our people and for the world around us.
Now the time has come to say goodbye. Brainy is moving on to KMWE. In a special video we look back on this special year in our own personal and warm way.
The journey continues
Although Brainy travels on, what he stands for remains as important as ever for Driessen Groep. The past year has once again confirmed what we dedicate ourselves to every day: enabling working happiness for as many people as possible.
