History is the basis of our ambition

More than 30 years ago, Jan Driessen started our company because he was no longer happy in his job. He dreamed of a work environment where people wanted to be. He built a place to work together on what drives people. A place to develop yourself. A place that adds value for yourself and for others. And so Jan turned out to be the pioneer of workplace happiness.

In over 30 years, we have grown tremendously. From a company with 3 employees to a family of companies and social initiatives and more than 750 colleagues. But what has remained the same is our ambition: to enable work happiness. Because we are convinced that investing in work happy employees who flourish in their professional and personal lives creates a positive impact on the world around us.
