A step with a personal story
The reason for this collaboration is special. Jeroen van Ganzenwinkel, founder and director of Talentscoutz, was recently diagnosed with ALS. During this profound period, one question was central for him: how do I ensure that my team and the work we have built together can continue to thrive?
He found that place at Driessen Groep. Not coincidentally: Jeroen's wife Debbie has been working with us for 17 years. From that trusted bond, the conversation about the future of Talentscoutz began. What followed was a process in which trust, shared values and humanity were central.
